💾 MY KOLs : What are the different items in the KOLs database in Kolsquare?

My KOLs allows you to create a database of KOLs directly on the platform, in particular via Lists and Labels. Here's an article to help you understand how this database works and how to use it.

Lists

The lists allow you to organize your IRM (Influencer Relationship Management) and see the combined KPIs of multiple KOL profiles.

Aggregate Data

Aggregate data is very useful when viewing a list. It allows you to estimate the impact that a campaign with this group of influencers could have.

Available formulas:

  • Sum of values: Adds up all the values in the list. Useful for example to have the global cost per media and to estimate the cost of a campaign.

  • Average of values: Useful to estimate the global engagement rate for example.

  • Number of completed values: Useful for custom fields, it will allow you to know if values are missing so that you can complete them.

For some data, it is possible to change the formula by clicking on the menu icon:

Multi-selecting KOLs

You can select KOLs to perform various grouped actions: add the selection to a campaign, add/remove KOLs from a list or favorites, add labels or send them a message.

By choosing to display only the selection, the aggregated data will be updated and you will only see the data for the selected KOLs.

Field

🚨Only available for enterprise licenses.

You can create custom fields to enrich the IRM with your data.
3 types of fields are available: text, number, date.

You can filter your IRM by custom field from the filters menu.

Labels

Labels allow you to classify KOLs based on common attributes or characteristics such as their topic, location, audience demographics... By using labels, you can easily filter and search for influencers that meet specific criteria, making it easier to manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns.

Request to add KOLs

Find on this page the history of your KOL requests and the status of each request.

Import file

🚨Uniquement disponible pour les licences entreprise.

To save time, you can import a CSV file with the urls of the KOLs' accounts as well as additional data like labels, email... but also custom fields.

Audience Overlap

Audience Overlap exists when two or more KOL accounts have an overlapping proportion of followers.

This allows you to identify, among a selection of KOLs, the proportion of unique followers, i.e. those who follow only one KOL, as well as the proportion of common followers, i.e. those who follow at least two KOLs.

Please note: Audience Overlap only works with Lists.
