View aggregated data from a group of KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) by creating a list in your IRM.
What are lists for?
Creating lists allows you to:
organize your IRM (Influencer Relationship Management)
see the combined KPIs of several KOL profiles (soon)
Get an idea of the impact you'll have when you run a campaign with this group of KOLs.
Team License
The lists you create are visible and editable by all team members.
View a list
From the My KOLs page, a drop-down menu allows you to select from pre-defined lists or lists you (or your team members) have created. The different predefined lists:
All KOLs: All KOLs that have at least one label and/or are in favorites
All favorites (team license): Displays the favorites KOLs of all the members of your team
My Favorites: Displays only all your favorites KOLs
[Name of a member of my team] (team license): Displays only the favorites KOLs of this person.
Create a new list
Create lists from the list management tab.
Examples of lists:
By region (France, Spain, Germany...)
Activity sector (soccer, basketball, surfing...)
Audience size (nano/micro/mega influencer)
Types (Ambassadors, seedings...)
You can also create lists from the list menu or from the button to add profiles to a list.
Add a profile to a list
You can add profiles to a list by clicking on this icon:
This feature is available on all pages when you select one or more profiles.
From the My KOLs page, you can view the lists in which an influencer is:
List Management
You can edit or delete lists from the list management tab. If you have a team license, you can see who created the list and who last edited it.
