💲 TRACKING LINK : How to create your tracking links on Kolsquare?

Within your campaign module, in the Track ROI menu, you can create your own tracking links to redirect your audiences to a website. Here is some help on how to do this.

How do I create tracking links directly on Kolsquare?

1. In Track ROI, then in Tracking link, you can click on the Create new link button to bring up the link creation pop-up.

2. Simply enter a destination URL (the webpage where you want to redirect users who click the link), then select the KOLs to whom you wish to send the tracked link.

You can also add custom UTM parameters and create links using dynamic variables.

3. You can then click Next. You will see a summary of the links that are about to be created. Click Create and you're done!

Once the link is created, it is immediately active and the KOL can share it with their community.

4. Each KOL has their own unique link. You can share this link using your own means or use our messaging tool. For greater automation and efficiency, you can even insert the tracking links into your messages using a variable, directly from the Kolsquare platform. Good to know: For tracking to work, it’s essential to share the shortened link with the client, as the klsq.io part is what allows Kolsquare to track performance.

How can I track the results of my tracking links?

Go to the Conversion > Tracking links section of your reporting:

There you will find the total number of clicks, the number of human clicks (without bots and redirects), the top three cities with the most clicks, the top three countries with the most clicks, and the Social Referrer (which social network had the most clicks).

The process for creating links is the same, but your website needs to be pre-configured. You can find the tutorial here: 💲 Track your e-commerce sales with tracked links

We can then retrieve sales information via the tracking link, such as turnover, number of sales, average basket value, conversion rate, etc.
