It's possible to contact KOLs via Kolsquare thanks to our integrated Messaging tool. KOLs will receive your message in their mailbox. They can also receive your message in their Kreators interface, if they have registered with Kolsquare.
How do I send a message to my KOLs?
You can send a message to your KOLs via email using the Messaging menu, or by sending messages directly within your campaign.
Simply select the KOLs you wish to contact, then click on the messaging symbol (an envelope).
In a campaign, in the KOLs tab, click on Select All then click on the envelope to send mass messages.
You can then change the subject of your message, write the message as you wish, or use VARIABLES to automatically fill in fields such as KOL's first names or last names. You can also create TEMPLATES, save them and use them for future messages.
You can, of course, personalize your text with bold, italics and attachments. Then you can preview your message ready to send.

Kolsquare lets you sync your Gmail or Outlook account.

Connect your account step by step
On Kolsquare, go to Settings, then Integrations.
You will then see Gmail by Nylas or Microsoft by Nylas.
Click on Connect my email and follow the secure authentication process.
Once the setup is complete:
- Your connected email will appear as your current synced inbox.
- Conversations will be automatically synced with your email provider.
And that's it! Your account is synced 🎉
Following the launch of a new email integration by Nylas which improves reliability and security, and extends compatibility with different types of email, customers who had already synchronized their Gmail to Kolsquare will need to restart the procedure. |
