Kolsquare offers a brand-new campaign report, divided into 5 tabs to provide you with a clear, comprehensive, and actionable view of your performance. Here is an overview of each section along with the new features included.
⚙️ Campaign Settings
Access the gear icon at the top right of the report to:
Edit the campaign date range;
Add or modify keywords (hashtags, mentions, or keywords in captions).
Note: The currency applied to a campaign is the one used by the user who created it. |
🗂️ The 5 Reporting Tabs
1. Overview
The Overview provides a clear and immediate summary of your campaign’s key metrics:
ROI, EMV, reach, CPM, net profit, engagement rate…
🆕 New features :
Content Posted Timeline: view the volume of posted content on a timeline.
Impact by Influencer Community Size: compare the contribution of Nano, Micro, Macro, and Mega KOLs across 3 KPIs: content, impressions, and EMV.
2. Audience
Here you'll find a detailed analysis of the audience of the KOLs in the campaign:
Demographic breakdown (age, gender, country).
Aggregated data from the KOLs who published content.
Intuitive visualisations to help you understand who was actually reached.
3. KOLs performance
Here you'll find a KOL-by-KOL view to:
Analyze their individual impact (posted content, reach, EMV, engagement, etc.)
Identify top performers and areas for optimization.

4. Conversion
This section presents the concrete results generated by the campaign
Performance and sales tracking of tracking links, Shopify promo codes, or Affilae.

5. Content
The Content section is a dedicated space for all the content published as part of the campaign.

1️⃣ Click on a piece of content to open the side panel with all associated details:
2️⃣ Edit the data of any content (Impressions, Reach, Likes, etc.) by clicking on Edit statistics:
3️⃣ Apply a content label to the content to enable filtering, viewing, and exporting data for only specific pieces of content:
Note: This label will be applied to the content in your current campaign as well as in any other campaigns where your content appears. |
🧰 Available Filters
All tabs can be filtered by:
Date range (only within the period defined in the campaign settings).
Content type (post, story, vidéo, etc.).
Specific KOL
KOL label
Content label
🔎 Customizing the Display
You can now customize the view of your report.
Click the layout organization button in the top right corner and you can choose which KPIs you want to see.
In the Reporting Content tab, you can also choose between a grid or list view. The latter will allow you to easily edit content statistics.
👥 Sharing
As before, you have the option to share and export your report:
Download in XLS or PPTX format. Applied filters will carry over to the exports.
Download the content. Applied filters will carry over to the exports.
Share a public link to the report (dynamic or frozen).
