🎣 REPORTING: How can I export/share reporting and contents from my campaign?

You can download/export your campaign report to get an Excel or PowerPoint document with your campaign results. You can also share this reporting and download your campaign content either one by one or all at once.

Custom export based on filters

In your campaign report, you can apply different filters:

  • dates ;

  • platforms ;

  • KOLs ;

  • KOLs labels ;

  • Content labels.

If you've added filters to your reporting, then your data and content exports/shares will reflect the selected filters.

Export report to Excel

Simply go to your reporting and click on Share. You’ll then have the option to download the report in CSV format.

PowerPoint Report Export

New for 2026: Customize the PPT before downloading.

The new PPTX campaign export template offers a clearer visual hierarchy and more data, allowing you to share the presentation directly with clients and colleagues.

No more manually rebuilding slides—you save hours of work per campaign. For Instagram carousels, you can now select 1 to 3 images that best showcase the product before exporting, rather than relying on the default image chosen by Instagram.

This template can also be used during the pre-campaign phase: it allows you to generate a shortlist of creators or a casting presentation before the content even goes live.

Exported files download directly in your browser if ready within 15 seconds; otherwise, they are emailed to you within 10 minutes (you will be notified if the process fails).

Note: For optimal performance, we recommend not exceeding 150 images or 50 KOLs (strict limit: 300 images or 100 KOLs). For larger-scale campaigns, opt for link sharing (which has no limits), narrow down the analysis period using filters, or export only the executive summary.

Bulk content export

You can click on Share, then on Stories or Thumbnails to download all content at once.

Note: Stories can be downloaded as either photos or videos depending on the format of the story. Posts, Reels, and TikToks can only be downloaded as photos (due to size and format constraints

Individual content export

You can also download content one by one from the content section of the report by clicking on the download icon.

You can also select one or more pieces of content and export them at once using this method:

Shareable link

From the Share button, you can also generate a shareable link to this report, valid for 90 days, and accessible to anyone, even those without access to Kolsquare.

By clicking on Generate, a new side panel called "Shareable Link" opens, allowing you to:

  • Add a title of your choice to easily identify the link when creating multiple versions;

  • Add a logo to this shared report to customize it;

  • Enable or disable the frozen view (snapshot);

  • Choose which data and sections are visible or hidden:

Once your selections are made, click on Generate, and you're all set 🎉

Note: If you click on Previously Created Links, you can find all your previously generated sharing links.

Shareable link: What is a snapshot?

If you enable the snapshot when sharing your report, the campaign report link you create will be locked at the moment it is generated, with the active filters applied. This means the data will not update, even if the campaign changes, and the recipients will always see the report as it was at creation time.

Good to know: To apply a filter to your report, click the Filters button and select your preferred filters (Platforms, KOLs, KOL labels, and/or Content labels)

If you choose not to apply the snapshot, the link will remain dynamic: any new publications will update automatically! No need for manual updates - it will refresh on its own.

Shareable link: What data can be hidden or visible?

By default, all data is visible. You have the option to uncheck any of the following boxes to prevent them from appearing in your shareable link:

Global KPIs

You can customize the link by selecting which KPIs you want to show or hide. The following KPIs are concerned:

  • Campaign budget

  • Engagement rate

  • ROI

  • CPM

  • Invested budget

  • Views

  • EMV

  • Reach

Note: The KPIs EMV, Invested Budget, and ROI are linked in this section of your reporting:

If you uncheck one of them, the entire box will not be visible in your shared link.

Sections/tabs

You can then choose whether to show or hide the 5 sections of your report:

  • Overview tab

  • Audience tab
    For the audience tab, you can also choose to display only certain audience data (age and gender, credibility score, interests, languages, locations)

  • KOLs Performance tab

  • Conversion tab
    For the conversion tab, you can choose to show or hide only the tracked links and/or Shopify promo codes and/or Affilae results.

  • Content tab

🛟 If you wish to guide your clients/colleagues in understanding the tracked link, feel free to share this guide with them.
