When you have several Kolsquare licenses, you can define roles and campaign access for each member of your organization.

There are 3 roles to use at Kolsquare:

- Admin: You can create the different teams within your organization and assign the members you want to them. You can access all campaigns for all teams.

- Manager: You can access several teams and all their campaigns. The admin assigns managers to the various teams.

- Maker: You can only access the campaigns of the team assigned to you. You have no access to other teams.

Here, we understand that the notion of TEAM is important. These are groups created by the Admin within which campaigns, lists, labels and notes are shared between members of the same team.

Simply go to your Settings and then to Organization.

If the Kolsquare teams have assigned you the Admin role, then you can create the teams and associate the necessary members with them.
