🔑 KEY METRICS: Your own customized dashboard to monitor your performance

In Reports, you can set up a dashboard to monitor the overall performance of your brand's social accounts at a glance. Managing multiple accounts on multiple social networks? Perfect! Our Key Metrics apply to several networks and several accounts at once.

How do I set up my Key Metrics?

To set up your dashboard, go to Reports then Key Metrics. You will then be prompted to create your dashboard by entering your accounts on the various social networks, as shown in the following screenshot and Center Parcs example:

You can add all your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat accounts.

Important: You must first create the dashboard yourself. However, please note that once the dashboard has been created, the entries you provide cannot be modified. You must contact Support for any changes. Also, be sure to use ALL LOWERCASE letters for your entries, with the correct dashes, periods, or underscores.

Note: If you have multiple licenses linked together in a Team, the dashboard applies to all users in that Team. So, make sure to also include all the accounts you and your collaborators need to track.

What data can I consult?

In your dashboard, you can find various charts, such as:

You’ll also find:

  • the number of content pieces;

  • the number and type of KOLs who mentioned the brand.

By clicking on See contents that mention my brand or See KOLs that mention my brand you are automatically redirected to the relevant KOLs or content.

This gives you an efficient and comprehensive dashboard for observing your results and performance at a glance.

How to use this data?

This complete Key Metrics dashboard allows you to track the performance trends of your social accounts over different time periods.

You can monitor the performance of a single account or multiple accounts at once.

Additionally, you can apply an audience location filter to focus on results specific to a particular country or region.

Which Periods Can I Use to View Performance?

These data can be viewed and compared over any period of your choice. The selected period represents the current period you wish to compare with the comparison period.

👆 In the example above, we chose to look at the period from 01/05/2025 to 28/05/2025 and compare it with the period from 01/05/2024 to 28/05/2024 (the same month of the previous year).

New for 2026: You can now export your Key Metrics data to a CSV file.
The file will be sent by email to your login address, and will take into account the different parameters and filters that you have used.
