🎠 CONTENTS: How to manually add contents to my reporting?

It's possible to manually add content to your reporting, in the event, for example, that the KOL hasn't used the right hashtag or mention as set up in your campaign.

There are 5 ways of doing this:

1. Manually adding content directly on your reporting, which allows you to see all the KOL content present in your campaign. You can then filter by content type, by KOL and by date and then select the content belonging to your campaign. To do this, simply click on the Add posts button in the Contentes in your campaign reporting:

Note: By using this method, you can add content to multiple campaigns at the same time.

2. Adding content manually from the KOL profile: you can go to the profile of the KOL in question and add the content to one or more campaigns. You can then find the content directly in the reporting:

3. Adding content manually from search results: When performing a search, select the content you want to add and click the "Add to Campaign" button directly.

4. Manually adding content via URL: From your campaign's reporting page, in the Content section, click + Add content and choose the option by URL.

Then copy and paste the URL(s) of the content you want to add:

Important: Whether adding content from a profile, via search, or using a URL, if you add content, it must have been posted during your campaign's dates. Furthermore, only content already present in Kolsquare can be added. Content that is not yet in our database, or that is restricted, cannot be integrated.

5. Adding screenshots directly to the report yourself. From your report, go to the Add content button > By KOL and click "Upload manually" in the bottom left corner. Then choose the KOL and the relevant social network and add the content you want to include. Specify the publication date for each piece of content added.

If you wish, you can also enter different KPIs. If you do not enter KPIs manually, Kolsquare will not automatically add any.

Please note, the file must be less than 10MB. A maximum of 20 files can be added per entry.
Currently, only images can be added manually.
