If you can't find a post or a story or any type of content in your reporting, don't panic, it's possible that there will be a delay before the content is added to your campaign reporting. This delay includes our regular collection rhythm, but also the prioritization of KOLs and their content (we add stories to the platform more quickly than fixed content, for example). In any case, rest assured that the content will arrive in Kolsquare and in your reporting.

It is indeed possible that this account is a Spammer: this refers to KOLs who publish very often at frequent intervals. For this, we need to update the content to avoid saturating our collection. |
