⛅ CAMPAIGN: Analyze how your campaigns are received by audiences using our Sentiment Analysis tool.

With this feature, you can automatically analyze the sentiments and reactions in the comments on the content featured in your campaign.

How does Sentiment Analysis work?

This feature applies to Instagram posts and reels, YouTube videos, and TikTok videos. We can read and interpret comments written in English, French, Arabic, German, Spanish, Italian, Hindi, Portuguese, and many other languages.

The Sentiment Analysis score for comments is divided into three categories: Negative - Neutral - Positive.

Score Range

Category

0 – 34

Negative 😞

35 – 64

Neutral 😐

65 – 100

Positive 😊

Sentiment analysis of comments is performed via a manual request from the user directly on the platform and can only be applied under certain conditions:

  • your campaign must contain at least one piece of content (stories not included)

  • the content must have at least 20 comments to allow for a relevant analysis

  • the analysis only applies to a maximum of 500 pieces of content (stories not included). If your campaign includes more than 500 pieces of content (excluding stories), the analysis will be performed on the first 500 pieces of content in the report

Some additional rules and information:

  • we only analyze the main comments (first level), we do not analyze replies to comments

  • we analyze up to a maximum of 1,000 main comments per piece of content

  • we analyze each piece of content 2 days after its publication. Waiting 48 hours allows us to have more data and a more relevant analysis

You can refresh the Sentiment Analysis when changes are made to your campaign, such as a post being excluded from the report or new content being added to the report. However, if an analysis has already been launched, you will have to wait for the next update.

Where can I find this feature?

The Sentiment Analysis feature is available in several places in the report. First, the analysis is applied to each piece of content eligible for analysis.

Sentiment Analysis is also available in the Overview and in the KOLs Performance tab of your reporting:
