When you add profiles to a campaign, you can then download the profiles in Excel or Powerpoint format. You just need, in the campaign, to click on the 3 horizontal dots on the right of your screen and then select directly the Excel or Powerpoint format you want to download profiles.
This allows you to display KOL profiles in a table or directly formatted in a presentation, along with their engagement rate, community size and audience data. Ideal for presenting profiles to your teams or third parties!

This profile export feature is only available in campaigns. Therefore, if you create a list in My KOLs and wish to download/export this list of KOLs, you will need to select all the profiles in the list to add them to a campaign:
You can also download the profiles in your search results to get advance data on the profiles presented directly in the search. You can export up to the first 200 profiles:
You will then receive an Excel document with the following information:
Username
Job title
URL of their Kolsquare profile
URL of their social account
Community size
Engagement rate
