🌊 CAMPAIGN : Workflow: Streamline your influence marketing campaign efforts

The Campaign Workflow feature has been designed to help you manage your marketing campaigns more efficiently and effectively. This feature allows you to create, customize, and track the progress of your campaigns with ease. Here’s a detailed guide on how to use this powerful tool.

Understanding the Campaign Workflow

At the top of the Campaign interface, you'll find the overall status of your campaign. This section provides a quick overview of the various stages your campaign can go through, from creation to completion.

You can click on those statuses in the workflow to have a quick filter on all KOLs with this status. And it’s becoming easier to change your KOL status to the next status of your workflow (with still the possibility to change it for any of the statuses you want of your campaign workflow)

With the “All” tab, you will have an overview on all the KOL of your campaign no matter the status.

Workflows include special statuses linked to other platform functions:

- Pending approval: linked to Casting Sharing and third-party approval of selected profiles

- Approved : for profiles approved during Casting Sharing

- Content instructions: linked to Content Validation, which allows you to enter content instructions for KOLs before they publish.

- Content Approval: also linked to Content Validation, which lets you validate KOLs' content before publication.

Important: We have brought together the “Promo Code” and “Tracked Links” tabs under a single “Track ROI” tab.
